Greet and engage customers in the showroom or on the lot

Assess customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles

Provide in-depth information about vehicle features, financing options, warranties, and trade-ins

Arrange and accompany customers on test drives

Negotiate pricing and close sales in a professional and ethical manner

Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and industry trends

Complete all necessary paperwork for vehicle sales and financing

Follow up with prospective and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals

Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets

Collaborate with the sales team and management to improve customer experience
