Job Description

We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven Outbound Sales Executives to join our growing team at Oxygen Auto in Noida. If you have 1–3 years of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and enjoy interacting with customers, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you will generate leads through outbound calls for vehicle scrapping services, explain our offerings, convert prospects into customers, build long-term customer relationships, coordinate documentation and vehicle pickup with internal teams, and consistently achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining accurate customer records.

Eligibility: Any Graduate

Experience: 1–3 Years

Location: Noida

Salary: ₹20,000–₹23,000 (Gross) per month (Fixed +Incentive based on targets achieved)

Attractive Incentives:

• 1–16 Cars: Spot Award

• 17–20 Cars: ₹250 per Car

• 21–30 Cars: ₹500 per Car

• 30+ Cars: ₹1,000 per Car
