Full job detailes:

- Manage daily cafe operations, including opening/closing,

- Supervise and coordinate service, kitchen, and support to Customers

- Ensure customers receive friendly, prompt, and quality service.

- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.

- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across the cafe.

- Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers for stock requirements.

- Handle billing, cash management,

- Support the team during busy hours and ensure smooth coordination

- between the kitchen and service staff.

- Help improve customer satisfaction.
