Position: Beauty Advisor
Brand: NAOS / Bioderma
Location: Bengaluru
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 In-Hand

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers at the store/counter
• Understand customer skincare needs and provide suitable product recommendations
• Explain product features, benefits, usage and ingredients to customers
• Demonstrate skincare products and guide customers on the correct usage
• Achieve monthly and daily sales targets
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide a good shopping experience
• Ensure proper product display, visibility and merchandising at the counter
• Monitor product availability and inform the concerned team about stock requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of the counter
• Track customer feedback and communicate market/customer requirements
• Support promotional activities, product launches and brand campaigns
• Maintain daily sales reports and other required records

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in Beauty Advisor, Skincare, Cosmetics, Retail Sales or related roles preferred
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Presentable personality with a positive attitude
• Basic knowledge or interest in skincare and beauty products
• Target-oriented and willing to work in a retail environment
• Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered
