Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and approach customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate beauty products.

• Provide expert advice on skincare, makeup, fragrance, and beauty tools.

• Demonstrate product application techniques and offer mini makeovers when needed.

• Stay up to date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product launches.

• Maintain product knowledge across all beauty categories.

• Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and displays.

• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.

• Assist in inventory management, restocking, and merchandising.

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients through follow-ups and loyalty programs.

• Adhere to company policies, including hygiene and safety standards.
