Key Responsibilities:

· Greet and approach customers in a friendly and professional manner.

· Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate beauty products.

· Provide expert advice on skincare, makeup, fragrance, and beauty tools.

· Demonstrate product application techniques and offer mini makeovers when needed.

· Stay up to date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product launches.

· Maintain product knowledge across all beauty categories.

· Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets.

· Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and displays.

· Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.

· Assist in inventory management, restocking, and merchandising.

· Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients through follow-ups and loyalty programs.

· Adhere to company policies, including hygiene and safety standards.
