WE'RE HIRING Beauty Advisor for WESTSIDE (TRENT LIMITED ) across Bengalure city locations

ABOUT THE ROLE:-

We're looking for a passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team. You'll be the face of our brand on the floor - helping customers discover products, building confidence, and driving sales through genuine expertise and great service. Work together towards achieving CUSTOMER DELIGHT.

Salary Budget- Upto Rs. 18000 (depending upon experience)+ PF+ESIC +attractive incentives on sales

Job Location-Westside Stores in Bengaluru

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Customer Consultation: Greet customers, understand their skin/hair concerns, and recommend suitable products

• Product Demonstrations: Demo makeup, skincare, or fragrance application techniques to showcase benefits

• Sales & Targets: Achieve daily/weekly sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction

• Visual Merchandising: Keep counters clean, stocked, and visually appealing as per brand guidelines

• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on new launches, ingredients, and brand USP to educate customers

• Clienteling: Build repeat clientele through follow-ups, samples, and personalized service

• Inventory Support: Assist with stock checks, testers, and reporting fast-moving items Hygiene Standards: Maintain sanitation of testers, brushes, and workstations at all times

REQUIREMENTS :-

Experience: 6 months to 1 year experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, or skincare preferred. Freshers with strong passion considered

Skills: Excellent communication, customer-handling, and convincing skills

Knowledge: Basic understanding of skin types, makeup application, and current beauty trends

Personality: Well-groomed, enthusiastic, empathetic, and confident in approaching

customers

Language: Fluency in Local Language- Kannada Language+ basic English/Hindi

Availability: Willing to work weekends, holidays, and in shifts as per store timing
