Key Responsibilities:
§ Deliver personalized skincare consultations based on individual skin types, concerns, and goals.
§ Educate customers on the science behind the brand’s products, ingredients, and routines to build trust and drive loyalty.
§ Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and recommend effective skincare solutions.
§ Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, skin health, and competitor activity.
§ Track customer progress with the repeat customers and follow up to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement.
§ Support visual merchandising standards and ensure a clean, welcoming environment.
§ Act as a brand ambassador by promoting the company’s values and skincare philosophy both in-store and through digital channels if applicable.
§ Stay compliant with hygiene standards and safety regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
§ 2-3 years’ experience in skincare, dermatology or a beauty advisory role.
§ Strong knowledge of skin conditions, ingredients (e.g. retinol, hyaluronic acid, AHAs), and treatment methods.
§ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
§ Passion for beauty, wellness, and customer experience.
