Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth & Market Development
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned area.
· Identify new business opportunities to increase market presence.
· Drive product sales across assigned retail outlets.
· Develop action plans to improve market share and revenue growth.
· Support promotional campaigns to increase customer engagement.
Retail Store Performance
· Monitor sales performance of stores within the territory.
· Ensure proper product availability and display standards.
· Improve customer experience through strong store execution.
· Support outlet teams in achieving productivity goals.
· Maintain brand visibility across all locations.
Team Leadership
· Lead, motivate, and guide sales executives and store teams.
· Conduct regular market visits and performance reviews.
· Train teams on sales strategies, customer handling, and product knowledge.
· Ensure discipline, reporting accuracy, and target focus.
Market Intelligence
· Monitor competitor activities and pricing trends.
· Gather customer feedback to improve business strategies.

Reporting & Operations
· Prepare sales reports and business performance updates.

Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
· MBA preferred.
· 5 to 8 years of experience in sales, retail management, or mobile industry.
· Strong experience in team handling and sales target achievement.
· Good understanding of mobile handset market.
