Apparel Sales Retail

Naqāshi is hiring a smart, aggressive, and target-driven Retail Sales Executive for our Chikankari retail outlet in Aminabad. We need someone who can sell confidently, handle tough customers, close maximum sales, and actively cross-sell and upsell. The candidate must be energetic, convincing, and comfortable working in a fast-paced market like Aminabad.

Job Role

• Attend customers and understand their requirements

• Show products confidently and explain fabric, work, fitting, and pricing

• Actively upsell and cross-sell higher ranges and matching items

• Handle negotiations and close sales effectively

• Maintain counter display and product arrangement

• Assist in billing and packing when required

• Keep the shop clean, organised, and presentable

• Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets

Experience

Retail sales experience preferred (ethnic wear/Chikankari is a plus)
