Store Manager

Naqāshi is hiring a responsible and target-driven Store Manager for our Chikankari retail outlet in Aminabad. The candidate must be confident in handling customers, managing staff, and driving strong daily sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Handle tough negotiations and all types of customers in Aminabad.

• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism among staff

• Keep the store neat, clean, organised, and presentable

• Supervise product display, stock rotation, and merchandise arrangement

• Train the sales team and improve their performance

• Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and reporting

• Resolve customer issues politely and efficiently

• Share daily updates and sales reports with the owner
  

Requirements

• Retail store management experience (ethnic wear preferred)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Excellent negotiation skills

• Responsible, disciplined, and target-oriented

• Ability to maintain a smooth and positive store environment
