Supervisor

We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team at Sector 48, Gurugram (1 Building) to handle the installation, repair and maintenance of cooling appliances. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25600 - ₹29000 along with performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise operation and maintenance of water-cooled chillers, AHUs, cooling towers, and associated equipment.

• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

• Monitor system parameters and maintain daily log sheets of plant performance.

• Lead and guide technicians/operators for safe and efficient operations.

• Ensure safety compliance and proper water treatment for cooling towers and chilled water systems.

• Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure documentation of all HVAC activities.

• Optimize energy consumption and improve equipment efficiency.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and management for smooth facility operations.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is ITI/Diploma and 5 - 6+ years of experience. Knowledge of electrical wiring, HVAC and basic troubleshooting techniques is a must.
