HVAC Technician

A duct cleaning supervisor leads and manages a team of duct cleaning technicians, ensuring efficient execution of tasks related to HVAC duct cleaning, and maintenance. They are responsible for assigning duties, providing training, conducting safety briefings, and overseeing the quality of work. Additionally, they may be involved in tasks like inspecting completed work, troubleshooting issues, maintaining equipment, and interacting with clients to understand their needs. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Actively Supervise and coordinate the activities of duct cleaning technicians. 

• Training and Guidance: Provide training to technicians on proper duct cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company protocols. 

• Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations. 

• Client Interaction: Interact with clients to understand their requirements and address their concerns. 

• Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company procedures at all job sites. 

• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to duct cleaning and HVAC systems. 

• Resource Management: Optimize work processes and allocate resources effectively. 

• Record Keeping: Maintain records of completed work, materials used, and follow-up actions. 

• Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on team performance and project status.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or HVAC industry, with a strong understanding of duct cleaning techniques and equipment.

• Technical Knowledge: Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, duct cleaning procedures, and safety protocols.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and management.

• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage and motivate a team.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find effective solutions.

• Customer Service: Ability to interact with clients professionally and address their concerns effectively. 

• Upskilling : Keeps him/her self updated with latest knowledge w r t SHE and technical aspects of the duct cleaning. Undergoes various training courses internally.
