About the role
We're looking for hands-on RO technicians who want to move into a quality role. As an auditor, you'll review installations and repair visits done by our service partners. You'll catch mistakes early, check that the right spares are used, and help us cut down repeat visits for customers.
What you'll do
Audit live RO purifier installations as jobs start through the day
Rate each technician's work quality and flag partners who need retraining
Investigate repeat visits by tracing the customer's full service history, ticket notes and parts replaced
Decide whether each failure was a genuine machine fault or a technician error
Check that the spares technicians quote are actually needed, and flag missing or unnecessary ones
Escalate machine defects to the product team and technician issues to the training team
Log every audit accurately and contribute to daily quality reports
What we're looking for
At least 2 years of hands-on experience installing and repairing RO water purifiers
Strong understanding of RO wiring, components (PCB, SV, pump, sensors), water readings and fault isolation
Ability to diagnose a problem from notes, photos or a call, not only in person
Comfort with smartphones, apps and basic online tools; Google Sheets is a plus
Clear communication in Hindi; basic English for written notes
Attention to detail and fairness when rating others' work
Good to have
Experience training or supervising technicians
Past work with a service platform or brand service center
Why join
Move from field work into a quality and training role
