Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per maintenance schedules.
Inspect HVAC equipment and identify potential issues before they lead to breakdowns.
Check refrigerant levels, detect leaks, and recharge systems when required.
Replace faulty components such as compressors, fan motors, PCBs, sensors, capacitors, contactors, and valves.
Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and service documentation.
Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines while working on-site.
Coordinate with supervisors and customers regarding service status and completion.
Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts in good working condition.
