This role involves working closely with customers, service teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure optimal system performance, timely issue resolution, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Technical Support & Troubleshooting Provide technical support for HVAC systems including installation, maintenance, and repair Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues remotely or on-site Assist field technicians in resolving complex technical problems Analyze system performance and recommend corrective actions Customer & Service Support Respond to customer queries and service requests in a timely manner Guide customers and service teams on proper operation and maintenance of HVAC systems Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication Installation & Commissioning Support Support HVAC system installation and commissioning activities Ensure systems are installed and configured according to technical specifications Assist in testing and validation of equipment Documentation & Reporting Maintain detailed service records, technical reports, and issue logs Prepare troubleshooting guides and technical documentation Track recurring issues and recommend preventive solutions Training & Knowledge Sharing Conduct technical training sessions for internal teams and clients Stay updated on new HVAC technologies, products, and industry standards Compliance & Safety Ensure adherence to safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies Follow relevant codes and standards related to HVAC systems Join Johnson Controls and be part of a team that values your contributions, supports your growth, and provides a rewarding work environment.
