Job Description

We are looking for a Field Service Technician responsible for installation, refilling and maintenance of fragrance diffuser machines at client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Install electric scent diffuser machines at client sites

Perform regular refilling of fragrance oils in machines

Carry out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting

Ensure proper functioning and hygiene of installed machines

Manage inventory of fragrance oils and diffusers

Coordinate with the team for timely replenishment of materials

Maintain service and inventory reports

Coordinate with clients for service schedules
