Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven US IT Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience in US Staffing to join our night shift team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for US Clients - Sourcing, Screening, Submitting and Scheduling.

· Source candidates from Job Portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and internal database.

· Work on W2, C2C, and Full-time requirements.

· Screen resumes for technical skills, rate, location, visa status, and availability.

· Negotiate pay rates and close positions within timelines.

· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT consultants for Bench and Hotlist.

· Coordinate with Account Managers and Clients for feedback and interview schedules.

· Maintain daily submission reports and update ATS.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter.

· Good understanding of US Tax Terms - W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas (H1B, GC, USC, EAD).

· Expertise in US Job Portals and sourcing techniques (Boolean search).

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Experience in working with Direct Clients / Implementation partners is a plus.

· Should be comfortable working in Night Shift (7 PM - 4 AM IST).

· Any Graduate / Post Graduate can apply.
