US IT recruiter

We are seeking a US IT Recruiter with 6 months to 2 years of experience in US IT staffing and recruitment. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of the US recruitment process, candidate sourcing, screening, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.

• Review resumes and screen candidates based on job requirements.

• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates for open positions.

• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate skills, experience, and availability.

• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Submit qualified candidates to clients and follow up on interview feedback.

• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.

• Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and clients.

• Meet recruitment targets and support the team in achieving hiring goals.

• Stay updated on US IT staffing trends, technologies, and recruitment practices.

Required Skills

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in US IT recruitment.

• Basic understanding of US IT staffing and recruitment processes.

• Familiarity with US IT job roles, technologies, and technical terminology.

• Experience using LinkedIn, job portals, or recruitment databases.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to screen resumes and understand job descriptions.

• Strong follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Prior experience working with US staffing or recruitment companies.

• Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or similar platforms.
