Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Training & Development Executive with prior experience in the F&B industry. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring training programs to enhance employee skills, service quality, and overall operational efficiency across restaurant and production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify training needs across departments (service, kitchen, delivery, operations, etc.)
Design and implement training modules for onboarding, product knowledge, SOPs, hygiene, and customer service
Conduct classroom and on-the-job training sessions for staff at all levels
Ensure adherence to F&B standards including food safety, grooming, and service protocols
Coordinate with restaurant managers and department heads to schedule training programs
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
Maintain training records, attendance, and progress reports
Develop training materials, manuals, and SOP documentation
Support new store openings with structured training plans
Conduct refresher training and continuous learning programs
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory training requirements
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of F&B operations and service standards
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to train and motivate teams
Strong organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of training tools and evaluation methods
Proficiency in MS Office
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management / HR or related field
Certification in Training & Development (preferred)
Experience:
2–5 years of experience in Training & Development within the F&B / Hospitality industry
Experience in restaurants, cloud kitchens, or food chains preferred
