We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to close positions within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process.
Understand technical job requirements from clients/hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.
Negotiate salary, notice period, and offer discussions.
Follow up with candidates until onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Ensure timely closures and achieve recruitment targets/KPIs.
Prepare recruitment reports and MIS updates.
