What you will do
Source tech talent through LinkedIn, job portals, references, and direct outreach.
Screen profiles with logic, not guesswork.
Speak to candidates, assess fit, and keep the right ones engaged.
Coordinate interviews and keep the process moving.
Follow up hard and help convert movement into closures.
Keep trackers clean and pipelines healthy.
Work closely on active mandates under our Recruitment Solutions vertical.
What we want
6 months to 2 years of experience in tech recruitment or IT hiring.
Strong sourcing ability.
Good screening judgment.
Clear communication.
Serious follow up.
