I'm building out the core team at TechMunchkins, and I’m looking for a Tech Recruiter who knows how to hunt.

As an early team member on the front lines of our talent business, you will take direct ownership of client requirements and run a lean, high-velocity pipeline alongside me.

If your idea of recruiting is just downloading and forwarding CVs based purely on keyword matches, keep scrolling. I want someone who understands end-to-end sourcing, digs deep into the core, knows how to engage top tech talent, and delivers quality over noise.
