Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

1. Installation & Commissioning

• Install and set up MRP printers and packaging machinery at customer sites.

• Conduct basic environmental checks to ensure proper machine operation.

• Verify successful test prints and complete the installation checklist.

• Provide basic operational training to customer staff.

2. Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Respond to customer queries and service requests promptly.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site or remotely.

• Coordinate with suppliers or the technical team for escalated cases.

3. Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Demonstrations

• Conduct demonstrations of machines for prospective customers.

• Assist the Sales team with technical insights during customer visits.

4. Maintenance & Repairs

• Perform routine preventive maintenance as per service schedules.

• Replace or repair faulty components to minimize downtime.

• Keep records of service history for each machine.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Complete installation and service reports, including invoice numbers, purchase dates, and customer sign-off.

• Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and time spent.

6. Interdepartmental Coordination

• Work with the Sales and Logistics teams to align installation schedules with product dispatch.

• Share customer feedback and service insights with relevant departments.

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in machine installation, servicing, or technical support (printing or packaging machinery preferred).

• Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on technical ability.

• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical tools and safety procedures.

• Willingness to travel for on-site visits across locations.

• Good communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.

• Basic computer literacy for documentation and reporting.
