We are seeking Technical Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent across various engineering and IT roles. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Software technology, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs and role requirements.
Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and provide timely feedback.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from candidate outreach to offer negotiation and on-boarding.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to effectively target the right talent.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
0-2 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-focused environment.
Strong understanding of technical roles (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, DevOps, cybersecurity).
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring targets under tight deadlines.
