We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in recruiting for IT roles, with a strong understanding of the technology industry and recruitment best practices. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, sourcing top-tier tech talent, and building strong candidate pipelines to meet organizational hiring needs.
Sourcing & Screening: Identify and attract qualified IT professionals through job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, networking, referrals, and other creative sourcing channels.
Job Posting: Create and post compelling job descriptions on various platforms to attract relevant candidates.
Candidate Engagement: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
Requirement Understanding: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, technical skills, and team dynamics for roles such as software developers, DevOps engineers, data analysts, cybersecurity experts, etc.
Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
Coordination: Manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and negotiating offers.
Market Research: Stay updated on IT industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices in Ahmedabad and the broader tech market.
Reporting: Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness) and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT roles, technologies, and skills (e.g., Java, Python, Cloud, AI/ML, Full Stack Development).
Sourcing Expertise: Proficient in using recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills to connect with candidates and hiring managers.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Local Market Knowledge: Understanding of the Ahmedabad IT job market.
