We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top tech talent across various verticals, ensuring a seamless recruitment process. You should have prior experience in hiring for roles like software development, QA, DevOps, cloud, and other IT positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role expectations.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and internal databases.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews with internal teams or clients.
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Maintain candidate pipelines for active and future hiring needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Stay updated on current trends and tools in IT hiring and recruitment technologies.
Work on ATS and recruitment dashboards to maintain reports and hiring metrics.
1–3 years of experience in technical recruitment (IT/Engineering roles).
Strong understanding of technical job roles and terminologies.
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field.
Exposure to contract and permanent hiring.
Prior experience working with tech startups or IT consulting firms is an added advantage.
