Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise a team of delivery executives.

  • Hire and onboard new delivery boys as per operational requirements.

  • Coordinate daily delivery operations and ensure smooth workflow.

  • Allocate delivery tasks and monitor team performance.

  • Track attendance, productivity, and delivery performance.

  • Resolve delivery-related issues and support delivery executives.

  • Ensure timely reporting and maintain daily operational records.

  • Coordinate with management and other teams for operational requirements.

  • Train new delivery executives regarding company processes and SOPs.

  • Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with company policies.

  • Achieve daily and monthly operational targets.
