Talent Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and acquiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

2. Source and screen candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals).

3. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.

4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide feedback.

5. Manage job postings and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

6. Build relationships with recruitment agencies and vendors.

7. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes.

8. Ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

2. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
