Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader (Recruitment) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill various positions within the company. This role requires strong communication skills, team management, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role and company culture.
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records or other recruitment tools.
Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of recruitment efforts and candidate pipelines.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements:
Proven experience as Team leader or Manager (Recruitment) or similar role
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively use recruitment tools and technologies, job boards, and social media platforms.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
