Job Responsibilities Talent Manager:
Client Engagement and Relationship Building
· Communicate with hiring partners to understand their recruitment needs, organizational goals, and industry requirements.
· Research client companies to develop a strong understanding of their industry, culture, and work environment.
· Develop and maintain long-term relationships with partner organizations, ensuring continuous engagement for placement opportunities.
· Coordinate with companies to present the academy’s training programs and students’ profiles through presentations, meetings, and communication.
Student Placement and Career Guidance
· Understand the skill sets, aspirations, and career goals of students to match them with suitable job opportunities.
· Develop strategies to increase the placement rate by aligning training programs with industry expectations.
· Brief students about job responsibilities, salary structures, career growth opportunities, and other employment details.
· Guide students in preparing professional CVs, attending interviews, and improving their employability skills.
· Organize mock interviews, group discussions, and other career development sessions to prepare students for placements.
Placement Process Management
· Define job descriptions and document job specifications based on client requirements.
· Advertise job openings through appropriate channels, including email campaigns, social media, and internal communication platforms.
· Use candidate databases to identify the best-fit students for specific roles.
· Shortlist, screen, and present suitable candidates to clients, including detailed candidate profiles and summaries.
· Organize and coordinate interviews between students and recruiters, ensuring a seamless process.
· Follow up with recruiters and students post-interviews to finalize placements and gather feedback.
· Inform students about interview results and facilitate pre-placement offers as needed.
Partnership Development and Revenue Growth
· Develop and maintain relationships with external industry partners and stakeholders to expand placement opportunities.
· Generate leads for new partnerships and collaborations with companies across relevant sectors.
· Engage with company representatives to identify potential internship and placement openings for students.
· Contribute to long-term revenue and brand recognition by building a strong placement network and ensuring consistent performance.
Reporting and Coordination
· Track and report placement data, including leads generated, interviews scheduled, offers received, and success rates.
· Collaborate with internal teams to align curriculum with industry trends and employer expectations.
· Provide regular updates to management on placement activities and outcomes.
· Organize career fairs, industry meets, and employer presentations to enhance student exposure.
