● Source and identify qualified candidates for a variety of positions through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and campus recruitment. ● Maintain and manage a pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs. ● Conduct thorough screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. ● Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, ensuring they have a positive and welcoming experience. ● Prepare offer letters, relieving letters, experience letters, and other required documentation. Qualifications & Skills: ● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ● 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. ● Previous experience recruiting within the education or related sectors is highly preferred but not mandatory. A good experience in hiring writers would be beneficial. ● Proven track record of developing and executing successful talent acquisition strategies. ● Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. ● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
