ROLE SUMMARY:

We are looking for a high-energy Intern to join our Recruitment team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, passionate about talent acquisition, and ready to build strong relationships with clients and candidates. This role offers hands-on exposure to sourcing, screening, and recruitment processes in a dynamic, performance-oriented environment.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 
  

  Support the end-to-end recruitment process for India & US IT and related positions under the guidance of senior team members.

• 
  

  Learn to understand client requirements and contribute to creating sourcing strategies.

• 
  

  Assist in building and maintaining relationships with candidates through consistent, professional communication.

• 
  

  Source candidates using job portals (Indeed, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Naukri, LinkedIn), internal databases, and referral networks.

• 
  

  Screen and evaluate candidates based on basic requirements (training will be provided).

• 
  

  Coordinate interview scheduling, follow-ups, and feedback collection to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

• 
  

  Collaborate with internal teams and support India hiring 

• 
  

  Gain exposure to US work visa categories (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, etc.).

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• 
  

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• 
  

  Strong willingness to learn recruitment processes and tools (ATS/job portals).

• 
  

  Ability to build rapport and maintain professional conversations with candidates.

• 
  

  Highly organized with good time management and multitasking ability.

  Self-driven with a positive mindset, strong work ethic, and eagerness to grow in US IT recruitment.

  Flexible to support Indian hiring requirements and US IT hiring as per business needs.

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
