Qualifications Post-Graduate with relevant experience in BGV or HR Operations. Strong Excel, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Knowledge of MS Office and Power BI is preferred. Detail-oriented, outcome-focused, and capable of handling high case volumes
