Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for bulk hiring, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding large numbers of candidates.
Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to meet business demands for volume hiring (sales, operations, customer service, technical support, etc.).
Utilize multiple sourcing channels — job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus drives, and recruitment agencies.
Conduct walk-in drives, virtual hiring events, and coordinate mass recruitment campaigns.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring and future requirements.
Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements, selection criteria, and assessment methods.
Ensure all recruitment activities align with company values, DE&I initiatives, and legal compliance.
Maintain accurate recruitment reports, dashboards, and MIS data.
Collaborate with HR operations to ensure seamless onboarding and documentation for new hires.
