Key Responsibilities
Understand job requirements and prepare effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
Schedule interviews with candidates and clients/hiring managers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the selection process.
Manage offer, documentation, joining, and onboarding coordination.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
Prepare and share recruitment, joining, and business/activity reports on time.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
