Position Hospital Supervisor / Facility Incharge
Role Summary
We are looking for a responsible and highly active Hospital Supervisor / Facility Incharge who can manage day-to-day hospital operations, staff coordination, infrastructure maintenance, patient experience, cleanliness, discipline, and smooth functioning of all departments. The person should ensure hospital operations run efficiently 24x7 with proper coordination between clinical and non-clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Hospital Operations
• Ensure smooth daily functioning of hospital operations • Monitor OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, reception, pharmacy, housekeeping, security, and support services • Resolve operational issues immediately • Ensure proper patient flow and minimum waiting time
Facility & Infrastructure Management
• Supervise electricity, AC, DG backup, plumbing, water supply, CCTV, and fire safety systems • Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance • Ensure all hospital equipment and infrastructure remain functional • Ensure patients and attendants receive proper guidance and support • Handle complaints professionally and resolve issues quickly • Monitor patient satisfaction and service quality
Compliance & Documentation • Ensure NABH and hospital compliance standards are followed • Maintain records related to maintenance, incidents, vendor visits, and audits • Ensure safety protocols are followed across departments Vendor & Inventory Coordination • Coordinate with housekeeping, security, biomedical, electrical, and maintenance vendors • Monitor consumables and facility-related inventory • Ensure timely procurement of operational items
Emergency Handling • Respond quickly during emergencies, breakdowns, power failures, or operational crises • Coordinate between departments during emergency situations
Eligibility:
• Graduate / Diploma in Hospital Administration or relevant field preferred • Experience in hospital operations, facility management, or administration preferred • Good leadership and coordination skills • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, HMS preferred) • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks Preferred Experience :
