Job Description

STIPEND: 8,000/-, Post 6 months, 17,050/-

SOCIETY MANAGER

• Drafting of Notices / Circulars / Minutes of Meetings / Email Correspondences

• Document Management

• Vendor Management

• Arranging Quotations

• Voucher preparation

• Co-ordinating with bank

• Liaisoning with Auditor

• Event Management - AGM / SGM / MCM / 15th August / 26th January / Other Festivals

• Organizing Committee Meetings

• To liaison with Contractor for AMCs

• To maintain records of annual maintenance contracts and follow up on the same.

• Other jobs as per the instruction from MC

• Updating Trackers / MIS

• Compliance Management

• Knowledge of Computers - Word / Excel / Power Point / Other Commonly used Software like My Gate / Appt Adda / Hood / Tally / Others
