The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top IT talent across a variety of technologies for our US clients. The role requires expertise in full-cycle recruitment, candidate engagement, stakeholder management, and working with job boards, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools. The candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while delivering high-quality talent. What You Will Do Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions across contract, contract-to-hire (C2H), and full-time roles. Source and engage candidates through job boards, professional networking, social platforms, and referrals. Collaborate closely with account managers and clients to understand requirements and deliver top-quality talent in a timely manner.Work with various employment types (W2, C2C, 1099) and handle visa categories including H1B, GC, USC, OPT, and CPT. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs. What You Will Need 6+ years of experience in US IT recruitment. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and market trends. Familiarity with US employment types and visa classifications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
