Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT requirements.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and joining formalities.
• Manage candidate relationships and ensure timely closures.
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 6 months of experience in an HR Consultancy / Recruitment Firm.
✅ Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
✅ Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
✅ Target-oriented and eager to learn.
