We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for a wide range of positions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, hands-on experience with leading job portals, and the ability to efficiently handle lateral hiring requirements while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Handle lateral hiring mandates across various functions and levels.
Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure timely communication.
Assist in offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to enhance employer branding.
Key Requirements
Hands-on experience using recruitment portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through multiple channels.
Experience in hiring diverse profiles, including:
Veterinary Doctors
Veterinary Technicians
Front Office Executives
Pharmacists
Healthcare and allied professionals
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Qualification – Graduate
Work Timings – 9am – 6pm
Working Days – Monday to Saturday (2 sat off)
Work Location – Nariman Point
