Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function and drive people-centric initiatives aligned with the organization's business objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the complete employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, statutory compliance, learning & development, and HR operations. This role requires strong leadership, decision-making capabilities, and the ability to build a high-performance work culture.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company's vision and business goals.
· Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Design and execute employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives.
· Manage performance management systems, including goal setting, appraisals, feedback, and succession planning.
· Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
· Oversee payroll coordination, employee benefits administration, leave management, and attendance systems.
· Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and conflict management.
· Advise senior management on HR strategies, workforce planning, organizational restructuring, and talent management.
· Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
· Maintain HRMIS, employee records, and confidential documentation with the highest level of accuracy and integrity.
· Prepare and present HR dashboards, MIS reports, attrition analysis, recruitment metrics, and workforce analytics.
· Lead policy formulation, HR audits, compliance reviews, and process improvement initiatives.
· Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven work environment while promoting company culture and values.
· Build strong relationships with department heads to understand business requirements and provide effective HR solutions.
· Manage HR budgets, vendor relationships, and external consultants where required.
· Represent the organization during audits, inspections, and statutory compliance reviews.
Qualifications
· 2-3years of progressive HR experience, including at least a managerial or senior HR leadership role.
· Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory compliance, payroll practices, and HR best practices.
· Experience in handling end-to-end HR operations across multiple business functions.
