Human Resources
Recruitment & On-boarding - Post job openings on job-sites (naukri.com, etc.), Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.), Pre-screen resumes, schedule interviews, complete pre-offer documentation, release Offer-Letters and conduct new-hire orientation.
Employee Lifecycle - Monitor and manage attendance, of employees/support-staff, and assist with payroll inputs and performance review cycles.
Employee Relations - Drive 'Employee Engagement' initiatives and serve as the first point of contact for staff inquiries and grievances.
Compliance & Records - Maintain personnel files and administer employee benefits.
Office & General Administration
Facility Management - Oversee daily office operations, workspace cleanliness, and security protocols.
Procurement - Manage office supply inventory, handle vendor relationships, and negotiate contracts for services.
Event & Travel Coordination - Assist in organizing office/corporate events, meetings, and coordinating management/employee travel arrangements.
Data & Correspondence - Handle internal memos, update administrative database, and route external communications.
Preferred candidate profile:
Should be a graduate and/or an MBA (HR) with 2+ years of work-experience in a BFSI/NBFC or recruitment consultancy.
Prior experience in 'Hiring/Recruitment' will be preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, Bengali.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, HR Management Systems (HRMS), and database management is mandatory.
Maintain high integrity and manage sensitive and confidential information.
Should be able to juggle multiple tasks across different departments seamlessly after discussion and guidance from seniors.
Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills (desired).
Work Location: Minto Park (In person)
Work Timing: 10AM to 7:30PM (Mon. to Fri.)
Work Timing: 10AM to 5:00PM (Sat.)
