Job Description: Senior HR Executive
Responsibilities:
● Workforce Management:
○ Be responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for both full-time and part-time retail and warehouse staff.
○ Develop strategies for training, retention, and professional development.
● Values and Culture:
○ Ensure the alignment of HR practices with Wilco especially keeping proper record of Employees Leaves, PF and ESIC accounts.
○ Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that reflects the values and ethos of the organization.
● Issue Resolution:
○ Act as the primary point of contact for addressing and resolving issues related to employees.
○ Implement effective conflict resolution strategies to maintain a harmonious work environment.
● Compliance and Policies:
○ Ensure compliance with all HR-related regulations and company policies.
○ Develop and update HR policies in accordance with industry standards.
● Employee Relations:
○ Build strong relationships with employees, addressing their needs and concerns.
○ Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions to foster better communication.
Qualifications:
● Preferably have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years experience in Human Resources
● Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in the education or creative industry.
● Strong understanding of incentive structures, performance management, and talent acquisition.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with staff and leadership.
● Demonstrated ability to uphold and promote company values and culture.
● Thorough knowledge of HR regulations and compliance standards.
