Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Offboarding: Managing joining formalities, induction programs, background verifications, and exit interviews.
HR Administration: Maintaining employee records, managing attendance/leave systems, and drafting HR policies.
Employee Relations: Addressing staff grievances, resolving disputes, and executing team-building activities.
HR Analytics: Tracking HR metrics (attrition, performance, productivity) and generating management dashboards.
Should have good communication and Advance Excel knowledge
