• Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms and job boards.

• Source and attract candidates through various channels including job portals, referrals, and networking.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' fit.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.

• Provide feedback to candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience.

• Negotiate offers and close candidates in alignment with compensation structures.

• Maintain and update trackers and prepare recruitment reports.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.

• Stay updated on hiring trends and best practices.
