The Senior HR Executive is a key enabler of rapid business growth in a startup environment. This role is responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing HR operations that support fast hiring, high performance, and a strong people-first culture. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and scale HR operations, policies, and systems from the ground up to support rapid team expansion

• Drive fast, efficient onboarding and workforce readiness for growing teams

• Ensure lean payroll, compliance, and statutory processes without slowing business momentum

• Implement HRMS, automation, and scalable SOPs to reduce manual work and increase speed

• Partner with founders and leadership to align people strategy with business goals

• Use HR data and metrics to improve hiring velocity, retention, and productivity

• Strengthen startup culture, employee engagement, and employer branding

• Act as a hands-on problem solver for people and operational challenges
