Job Brief:
We are looking for an HR & Recruitment professional with 4–5 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, payroll & compliance, and office administration. The role requires hands-on experience in technical and non-technical hiring, employee lifecycle management, payroll inputs, statutory compliance, performance management, employee engagement, and vendor coordination. Candidates with experience in an IT/software services environment and strong communication and documentation skills will be preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Recruitment
Run the full cycle for technical and non-technical roles: intake with the hiring manager, JD, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer, closure.
Screen for .NET/Java/UI engineering profiles enough technical literacy to filter resumes before they reach the panel.
Negotiate offers, run reference checks, and stay in touch with candidates throughout Day 1.
HR Operations:
Manage Onboarding and induction documentation, probation, background verification, Internal Transfer.
Maintain employee records, contracts, confirmations and the HRMS as the single source of truth.
Run the appraisal and confirmation cycles; help managers write clear, specific feedback.
Handles grievances, disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans (PIPs), and conflict resolution.
Handle attendance, leave policy, exits, exit interviews and attrition analysis.
Payroll & Compliance:
Process monthly payroll input: attendance, leave, LOP, reimbursements, variable payouts and full-and-final settlements.
Statutory compliance - PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, gratuity and Shops & Establishment filings, on time, every month.
Coordinate with the finance team and the labour law consultant, reconcile registers and resolve queries within the cycle.
Maintain salary structures, CTC breakups, increment letters and investment-proof collection.
Admin & Office:
Manage the Registered office and Branch Office.
Organize internal events, celebrations and engagement activities. Handle and organise the Outdoor activities for employees.
Manages vendors for travel/bookings, plans town halls/offsites, and handles daily facility operations.
Required Skills Set:
4-5 years in a combined HR and recruitment role, preferably in an IT or software services company.
Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end hiring, including technical roles.
Working knowledge of Indian payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, gratuity).
MBA/PGDM in HR is an advantage.
Clear written and spoken English; able to draft offer letters, policies and mails without hand-holding.
Good to Have:
Exposure to Payroll, HR, Recruitment, and Administration within a single role.
Experience working in a 30–40 employee organization with a lean HR team.
Familiarity with Capital Markets or BFSI hiring terminology and practices.
Experience in drafting HR policies and developing an employee handbook from scratch.
Experience in vendor and consultant management, including negotiation and coordination.
