Key Responsibilities:
HR Management: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance evaluation processes. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Operations Oversight: Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth office functioning, including vendor coordination, procurement, and facility management.
Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce HR and operational policies, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational goals.
Payroll and Compliance: Coordinate payroll processing, attendance tracking, and statutory filings such as PF, ESI, and TDS in collaboration with finance and external consultants.
Coordination and Communication: Act as the point of contact between departments and management, ensuring seamless communication and efficient execution of business strategies.
Strong communication skills (clear, polite, and persuasive).
