Position: HR Senior Executive

Role Purpose
We are seeking a commercially strong HR & Talent Acquisition Sr. Executive who can lead recruitment, manage a small HR team, oversee HR operations, and help reduce employee attrition. The ideal candidate should understand business impact and hire with a performance-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment across departments
Screen resumes intelligently and evaluate candidates effectively
Develop structured hiring and evaluation processes
Manage and guide a team of 2–3 HR members
Oversee HR operations and ensure compliance
Monitor employee performance trends and retention
Analyze attrition and implement corrective strategies
Support management in maintaining discipline and strong workplace culture
Experience
5+ years in HR / Talent Acquisition
Prior team handling experience preferred
Experience in trading/export/commercial setup is an advantage
